Hi Naor,

have you followed the steps listed here? Setting Up Rulex Platform on your Desktop - Overview | Rise 360 (articulate.com)
Have you checked that the prerequisites are all met? (You can find them in the previous link)

In order to better understand what your problem is, you could share the Rulex logs that you can find here: C:\Users\YOUR_USER\rulex\platform\log

I think this is the error:
"message":"error: Command failed: chcp 65001 >NUL & powershell.exe -NonInteractive -NoProfile -Command [Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent().Name"}
operable program or batch file.
I probably did something wrong with environment variables or I don't know. Can you help me?

and also a second error related to a file I think even if there is a json file in the folder related to the path:
"message":"{errno:-4058,syscall:open,code:ENOENT,path:C:\\Users\\naor\\rulex\\platform\\rulexwdb\\r_clientlock\\08eb477f-171d-40ce-b910-ff83ee8d3ba6.json}"

And there is also this warning that I don't know if it could helpful:
"message":"ResourceLimit not present in env variables - ['MEM_LIMIT', 'MEM_REQUEST', 'CPU_LIMIT', 'CPU_REQUEST', 'POD_NAME']. You can safely ignore this warning in desktop version"

So this is the full error:
{"timestamp":"2023-09-12T08:41:24.464000Z", "level":"error", "log_version":1, "hostname":"   ", "app_name":"ElectronGui", "pid":1580, "msg_id":"MAIN", "message":"error: Command failed: chcp 65001 >NUL & powershell.exe -NonInteractive -NoProfile -Command [Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity]::GetCurrent().Name"}
operable program or batch file.
