Issues downloading Rulex platform on virtual machine

Hi, 

I've successfully downloaded Parallels virtual machine, however when I try to download Rulex platform these are the issues that come up, I have tried twice. I have attached the screenshots.

Furthermore, if you will be still in trouble, can you give us some more information related to your computer (settings) and the steps that brings you to the error.
