Workflow sharing

Hi All,

Thank you for taking a look into discussion.

We have 3 people working on preparing and adjusting workflows for client. We are working on 3 different accounts of one VM.
In Rulex4 when we prepared workflow or adjust it, all others sow the current version without any additional action.
It looked like we have same localization of storing workflows somewhere hidden by app, and all of us ware using same source.
Now I see that in Rulex Platform it don't work like this, it looks like we have different source of storing workflows, not same one, as it was previously

Up to this moment I fined out that I can:

1. Export workflow with fulfilling permissions from one user to other and import there - but this don't update automatically changes
2. I can place versioning on git so we pull and push commits with changes - but here might be more job with branching and merging which now isn't needed

So these solutions aren't best for us. Do you maybe know if it is possible to set up it like it was in Rulex4? If so how to prepare it like that?

Hi Krystian! 

If you have an enterprise license there is an additional way to perform this activity. 

What you need to do is:
1-First of all install Rulex for all the user on the machine 

2-Create an environment and give the appropriate permission to the user that will need to access and work to the flows present in it. Resource permissions (rulex.ai)

3- Put the working DB in a place shared by all the users Configuring Rulex Platform
